Consume Sea Food In Safe Way
The U.S. Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics gives some guide lines for enjoying sea food safely.
1.Raw sea food is healthy for those people who do not fall ill frequently, it is exception only for people who are poor with their immune system and pregnant women.
2.People who is having alcohol problem is advised to avoid sea food, including toddlers, youngsters and old people to avoid sea food.
3.It is advised to consume raw sea food only in a reputed restaurant which is prepared by a well trained and experienced chef.
